Talent Acquisition Specialist

to lead full-cycle recruitment for our growing organization. If you’re skilled in human services recruitment, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring both strategy and heart to your work, we want to meet you. What You’ll Do:

You’ll manage the end-to-end hiring process for positions across our residential programs, ensuring we attract and retain exceptional staff to support individuals with disabilities. From sourcing and interviewing to compliance and onboarding, you'll play a key role in building and sustaining our workforce. Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for 245D licensed programs, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Utilize ATS (JazzHR) and HRIS (CHR) systems to track applicants, manage hiring workflows, and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

Leverage AI-powered tools and technology to streamline sourcing and candidate communication.

Build talent pipelines through outreach to academic institutions, community partners, and professional networks.

Coordinate and lead candidate interviews, qualification assessments, and background check processes.

Track key recruiting metrics and maintain organized documentation and reports.

Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, program managers, and leadership to meet staffing needs and ensure hiring aligns with organizational priorities.

Who You Are:

Required Skills & Experience:

2–3 years of experience in HR or talent acquisition

Direct recruitment experience in 245D settings or similar programs required.

Proficiency with recruitment technologies, including JazzHR and/or CHR.

Comfortable using AI tools and digital solutions to enhance hiring efficiency.

Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.

Working knowledge of labor laws, hiring regulations, and compliance requirements.

Exceptional organization and time management skills with a process-oriented mindset.

Collaborative and flexible, able to partner across departments and external organizations.

Empathetic and culturally responsive; committed to equitable hiring and inclusive practices.

Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and reporting skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range:

$60,000–$75,000/year, depending on experience
