POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to provide full-cycle recruiting support to meet the needs of the organization in a timely and cost-effective manner. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, handle end-to-end recruitment, guide candidates through the process, and deliver a positive candidate experience from sourcing to offer.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field –
or
equivalent experience plus… 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, is required; trades, large industrial manufacturing/distribution, and/or multi-site organization experience preferred; experience recruiting Commercial HVAC and Industrial Service Technicians highly desirable Strong foundation and understanding of direct candidate sourcing, with proven ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies Understanding of all selection methods and techniques Proficient in the use of social media and job boards Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles Working knowledge ATS systems and other databases Excellent communication (both oral and written) and strong interpersonal skills are a must Regular and punctual attendance ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The functions listed are representative of the position, but not all-encompassing; the role may require contributing to other tasks as circumstances dictate. Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans Partner with Hiring Leaders in key client groups (Operations, Sales, BAS, Administration) to develop recruitment strategies, understand position requirements, conduct job intake sessions, set expectations, and maintain communications throughout the talent acquisition process Develop position profiles and job postings that are informative and eye-catching to potential candidates Create and maintain job postings and ad campaigns across selected job sites and platforms Support pipeline building and sourcing as needed Screen applicants, review agency submissions, and conduct pre-screens for agency candidates Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide timely feedback Schedule interviews with both candidates and hiring managers and assist with in-person interviewing; provide follow-up on interviews Conduct technical assessments and reference checks as needed Manage offers in collaboration with hiring managers: prepare offer letters, handle negotiations, process acceptances, and track onboarding progress Manage all candidate communications and follow-up to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process Pay Scale:
$75,000 - $95,000 annually
Compensation: $75,000-$95,000 per year
