Our client is a fast-growing skincare company searching for a
creative, trend-obsessed Social Media Assistant Manager
who loves beauty culture and moves quickly from idea to execution. You'll partner with marketing, creative, PR, R&D and customer care teams to shape the daily voice of our brand across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
What you'll own
•
Concept & create
short-form video, photo and copy that stop the scroll and tell a cohesive brand story.
•
Trend scouting
- surface emerging sounds, formats and conversations in beauty/skincare before they peak.
•
Community management
- engage, respond and grow our audience every day.
•
UGC & creator coordination
- brief, review and distribute assets globally.
•
Content optimization
- edit footage for paid media and assist on global shoots.
•
Cross-team collaboration
- work side-by-side with in-house creatives to bring ideas to life.
What sets you up for success
• 1-2 years creating social content for a consumer brand (internship or coordinator level counts).
• Proven knack for producing short-form videos that hit viral reach.
• Deep fluency in TikTok & Instagram culture; comfortable on-camera and behind the lens.
• Sharp writing skills and attention to detail.
• Organized, proactive and energized by a fast-moving environment.
• Passion for beauty, skincare and digital storytelling.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
