The
ServiceNow HRSD Consultant
will be responsible for:
Participating in the full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Configuration, Testing, Training, and Operational support. Designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions to enhance HR processes and user experience. Developing and deploying ServiceNow HRSD solutions using JavaScript, Glide scripting, and Business Rules. Creating reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide insights into HR services and business processes. Collaborating with HR stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions. Qualifications:
5+ years of ServiceNow experience, specifically with HR case management. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD) certifications. Proficiency in scripting languages and integration with enterprise systems. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Desired Skills:
Experience with ServiceNow AI platform tools. Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
