LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our client in Nashville, TN. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working across multiple areas of HR.

$70,000-$80,000 based on experience

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding general inquiries, benefits, and company policies
• Assist with employee relations matters and support conflict resolution efforts
• Support onboarding, background checks, I-9 verifications, and offboarding processes
• Manage job postings, interview scheduling, and new hire orientations
• Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate open enrollment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop HR reports and create engaging presentations for training and employee communications
• Maintain accurate and confidential HRIS records and generate reports as needed
• Partner with leadership on compensation planning, employee relations, and HR operations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a similar field required
• 3-5+ years of Human Resources experience
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based HR software solutions
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills

Pay Details:
$70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
