Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Event Specialist to join our dynamic team as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in event planning and management. As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, ranging from corporate meetings to large social gatherings.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and organizing events from start to finish, according to client requirements. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure smooth execution of events. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative event concepts. Help maintain project timelines and management tools to track event progress. Assist in conducting market research to identify potential clients and event opportunities. Support event marketing efforts through social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management software. Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings, as events may require. Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
