BASIC PURPOSE:
Check inbound product against receiving paperwork to insure that product matches order in quantity and pack size, and labels the product accordingly. Also ensure product condition meets acceptable government and company requirements. This helps maintain accurate inventory records and makes sure that the customer is receiving the correct, high quality product.

What You'll Do
Check inbound product against receiving paperwork: verify pack size, count, labeling and temperature to meet company and regulatory standards
Inspect trailer cleanliness and product condition before unloading
Apply labels to incoming pallets for accurate stocking, selection and inventory tracking
Complete and sign required receiving documents (US FOODS®, USDA, SOX) to authenticate product placement
Record discrepancies and adjust inventory levels in the warehouse management system
Maintain a clean, organized receiving area by removing debris and staging pallets safely
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Minimum 3 months of warehouse or material-handling experience; prior receiving experience preferred
Basic computer skills and ability to read/write legibly; strong verbal communication
Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and attention to detail
Comfort working in multi-temperature environments (freezer to ambient)
A strong safety mindset and teamwork orientation
Compensation Transparency
Your base rate will be
$29.22 per hour
, determined by relevant experience, skills and location. Additional incentive and premium pay opportunities apply based on performance and shift.
