Salary Range: $15.50 - $24.00 hourly Location: San Antonio, TX
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers with product selection, troubleshooting, and service inquiries to ensure a positive experience. Document customer interactions accurately in the database to track support requests and outcomes. Provide feedback to the management team on common customer concerns and suggestions for improvement. Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a positive attitude and service-oriented approach. Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer engagement. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Benefits
