Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
- Manage the front desk, ensuring all visitors are checked in and logged appropriately.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries promptly and efficiently.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
