Job Summary:
As a
Maintenance Mechanic
at LTS Lohmann, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and provide repair and fabrication services. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining optimal production efficiency and product quality.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in West Caldwell, NJ.
First shift: 6:15am to 2:30pm (Mon-Fri) Occasional on-call needed Responsibilities
Execute maintenance tasks and preventive maintenance procedures on specialized pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment. Provide repair, fabrication, and general labor services. Train team members to enhance knowledge and skills within the maintenance team. Document work performed and conduct investigations as required. Analyze equipment issues, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions. Work collaboratively with the team to optimize production and quality. Adhere to strict cGMP, FDA, and DEA regulations. Work overtime as needed to support production operations. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively Proficiency in using various tools and equipment Ability to lift up to 49 pounds Willingness to work in a controlled environment and wear required personal protective equipment Experience with pipefitting, welding (STIG, MIG), and high-pressure boilers preferred We Offer
