Customer Service Representative

for

OnlineComponents.com , A

Master Electronics Company , you'll be the main point of contact for our customers through phone and email. Your goal? Provide top-notch support with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and clear communication. If you're passionate about helping people and delivering great service, this role is for you!

Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.00 / Hourly

Shift:

8:00AM -5:30PM / Monday - Friday

What you will do?

Be the voice of our brand -connect with customers via phone and email to answer questions, solve problems, and create outstanding experiences Guide customers every step of the way -from placing orders to tracking packages, handling returns, and managing cancellations with ease Be a product pro -share up-to-date info on products, pricing, and availability so customers always have what they need to make confident decisions Tackle challenges head-on -resolve product, shipping, or payment issues with speed, empathy, and efficiency Collaborate like a champ -work with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are resolved quickly and accurately Keep things running smoothly -update customer records and order info to keep our systems clean and organized Handle transactions with care -process orders, refunds, and adjustments accurately and efficiently Spread the good news -inform customers about special deals, discounts, and exclusive promotions Be a changemaker -suggest process improvements and share customer insights to help us serve even better Aim high and deliver -meet or exceed performance goals while delivering top-notch customer service every time What you bring to the table!

You're a great communicator and can connect with people easily Multitasking? No problem. You can prioritize and manage your time like a pro Whether solo or with a team, you get the job done Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools You've got sharp problem-solving skills and can analyze situations on the fly Experience with Zendesk or other customer service platforms? That's a bonus High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
