In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with top-notch service and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have. Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving issues Provide accurate product information and troubleshoot customer problems Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide efficient support Record and update customer interactions in our database Follow up on customer concerns and ensure resolutions are satisfactory Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns Handle administrative duties related to customer service operations Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Positive, solution-oriented attitude High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus Benefits
