The Talent Acquisition Specialist will strengthen the organization by adding the best available talent to our staff while ensuring a smooth transition for all new associates.

Work Requirements

Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates within the company Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, websites, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates Coordinates internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process Develops SOPs, processes, and metrics/analytics as required Develops Job Descriptions as needed and aligns with Compensation Program Extends offers of employment for both exempt and nonexempt positions Ensure that the hiring process is efficient, time sensitive, and meets business requirements Create the open positions lists, HR Internal & list to be shared with associates Participate in the onboarding/new hire orientation process to ensure a smooth start for new associates within the company Maintains memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations related to industry. Qualifications

Two or three years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks Experience in using Indeed, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, and other recruiting sites to proactively source candidates Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish) SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred
