What You'll Do: Perform skilled maintenance and advanced repair of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and production equipment. Maintain and repair facility structures, including drywall, painting, plumbing, masonry, woodworking, and electrical systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose complex equipment issues; perform equipment failure analysis. Lead preventative maintenance efforts and support continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee contractors and guide lower-level technicians. Manage repair part inventory and recommend tool or equipment purchases. Prepare technical documentation and maintenance reports. Support facility projects and respond to emergency breakdowns as needed. What You'll Bring:
Technical school or skilled trades program plus 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (or equivalent). Advanced knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems (120V-480V, 3-phase). Familiarity with PLCs, SolidWorks or AutoCAD, and Lean Manufacturing principles. Ability to read and interpret drawings, manuals, and schematics. Strong problem-solving skills and a team-first mindset. Experience in furniture manufacturing (wood, foam, fabric, sewing) is a plus. Physical ability to work on ladders, lifts, and in varied environments with up to 60 lbs. of lifting.
