We're seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our procurement team and transform complex spend data into actionable business insights. This role is perfect for an analytical professional who thrives on finding patterns in data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting strategic sourcing decisions through intelligent reporting. You'll be the "data detective" who knows where to look for information, can spot when something doesn't look right, and turns raw procurement data into clear, digestible insights that drive business decisions.

Data Analysis & Insights

Analyze procurement spend data across multiple product categories and suppliers

Extract, clean, and organize data from ERP systems and procurement platforms

Create comprehensive spend reports and dashboards for category managers and executives

Identify cost-saving opportunities and spending pattern anomalies

Contract Cycle Support

Track and monitor contract lifecycles, renewal dates, and compliance requirements

Support contract analysis by pulling relevant spend and performance data

Maintain accurate contract databases and reporting systems

Data Validation & Quality

Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of procurement information

Cross-reference data across multiple systems to identify discrepancies

Develop and maintain data quality standards and validation processes

Flag inconsistencies and work with stakeholders to resolve data issues

Reporting & Communication

Build automated reports and interactive dashboards using Excel and BI tools

Present findings to procurement teams, finance, and leadership in clear, actionable formats

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business needs

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field

2-4 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, data analysis, or related field

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, conditional formatting)

Experience with ERP or procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba preferred)

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy

Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data simply

Preferred Qualifications:

Basic SQL querying experience or strong willingness to learn

Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management

Understanding of spend analysis and category management principles

Experience with data validation and quality improvement initiatives

Technical Skills:

Required: Advanced Excel, ERP/Procurement systems, Data analysis and validation

Preferred: SQL, Power BI/Tableau, VBA or basic automation, Statistical analysis

Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.

Pay Range: $32/hr W2
