We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented
Supply Chain Analyst
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in supply chain management, including hands-on experience with inventory management, procurement, and sales analytics. This role requires strong understanding of the full supply chain cycle—procurement, production, logistics, inventory, and distribution to support strategic decision-making and optimize supply chain performance. Key Responsibilities: Analyze inventory levels and make data-driven recommendations to improve inventory turnover and reduce excess stock Support procurement activities by monitoring supplier performance, lead times, and purchase order accuracy Conduct sales and demand analysis to identify trends and align supply with customer needs Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key supply chain KPIs (e.g., fill rate, forecast accuracy, inventory on hand) Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure demand planning accuracy and product availability Identify and implement process improvements to streamline supply chain operations Assist in monthly forecasting and budgeting processes by providing data insights and analysis Use Excel and other analytical tools to interpret large data sets and present actionable insights to stakeholders Requirements Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Finance, or a related field 2-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, preferably within the CPG industry and working with key retailers. (Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc.) Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement processes, and sales analytics Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, macros); experience with ERP or supply chain systems a plus Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong business acumen and analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into insights Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams Preferred Skills: Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau Knowledge of forecasting models and demand planning tools Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite Benefits We are an equal opportunity employer that offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
