Position Summary: Bridor is seeking a high-performing, entrepreneurial-minded

Regional Sales Manager

to lead and grow our

retail grocery business

across the Sunbelt region, from Florida to Texas.

This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales leader who brings strong experience in the

retail food industry , particularly in

in-store bakery and deli departments . The ideal candidate has

a solid network of retail buyers and brokers - experience with Publix is preferred , though background with other key Sunbelt retailers such as

H-E-B, Albertsons/Safeway, Southeastern Grocers, and Kroger divisions

is also highly valuable.

A proven ability to lead

category review processes

and deliver

impactful sales presentations

is essential.

Key Responsibilities: Grow Bridor's footprint within

major Sunbelt grocery chains , focusing on

in-store bakery and deli Own the

category review process , including preparing and delivering compelling, data-driven presentations to retail buyers Develop and execute strategic business plans for key accounts to support long-term growth Build and strengthen relationships with

buyers, brokers, and retail decision-makers , with a strong preference for experience at

Publix Conduct product demonstrations and in-store baking presentations to support product education and sell-through Collaborate closely with broker and distributor partners to align strategies and drive execution Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to adjust strategies in real time Represent Bridor at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings Who You Are:

A proactive and persuasive sales professional with deep experience in the

retail grocery sector Experienced working with

in-store bakery and deli departments

and navigating buyer relationships Strong network within

Publix and/or other leading Sunbelt-based grocery chains Skilled in managing

category reviews and delivering high-impact presentations Self-motivated, organized, and entrepreneurial in approach Effective communicator who builds trust and long-term partnerships Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience 5+ years of sales experience in the

retail food industry , with bakery or deli preferred Demonstrated success managing a regional territory and driving account growth Direct experience with

category reviews and product placement strategy Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Preferred Qualifications:

Experience selling into Publix and/or similar Sunbelt chains (e.g., H-E-B, Kroger divisions, Albertsons, Southeastern Grocers) Knowledge of food safety standards (GMPs, HACCP, BRC) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) Working Conditions:

Travel required: 50-70% across the Sunbelt territory Remote/home-based position with flexibility and autonomy Full-time role with occasional weekend travel for trade shows or events
