Company Overview: Our client is a well-established food and beverage distributor with nearly 100 years of success and a portfolio of over 1,400 products across grocery, frozen, dairy, and beverage categories. They specialize in Caribbean, Latin American, and European brands and are a key supplier to multicultural grocery markets across the U.S.

Position Summary: We're recruiting a General Sales Manager to lead sales and distribution strategy across the Southeast. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving performance, building customer relationships, and expanding market share across regional and independent grocery accounts.

MUST bring deep industry expertise, a strong regional network, and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

Lead all sales and distribution functions across the Southeast region Meet or exceed revenue, margin, and market share goals Manage relationships with regional grocery chains and key independent retailers Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies Identify new business opportunities and lead channel expansion Hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and reporting Represent the company at events, meetings, and trade shows Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards Qualifications:

5+ years of senior sales leadership in food or beverage distribution Strong relationships with regional chains and independent grocers Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Based in South Florida and able to travel throughout the Southeast and occasionally overseas Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available) Ideal Candidate Profile:
