Job Position: Head Custodian
Location: Lancaster, PA 17602
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr
Shift: M-F 6:00am- 2:30pm

Head Custodian
to help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students and staff.
Position Overview: As Head Custodian, you will be responsible for ensuring the building is maintained to the highest standards. This includes supervising a custodial team, managing daily schedules, inspecting work, identifying maintenance issues, and assisting with training and onboarding. You'll also act as the liaison for teaching staff concerns and maintain accurate custodial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and schedule custodial staff Inspect and ensure high-quality cleaning and maintenance work Train new custodial employees Identify and report facility maintenance needs Handle building-specific custodial records and staff concerns Qualifications:
Prior custodial experience required Supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively with staff and administrators What We Offer:
