The Technician Supervisor is responsible for leading the technician team to coordinate work requests and manage the processes related to maintaining the facilities' overall appearance, functionality, and operation. The supervisor supports maintaining a neat, clean, and comfortable work environment with minimal disruption due to facilities-related issues.
Qualifications & Experience
Key Responsibilities:
Perform repairs and maintenance on rides, attractions, buildings, and pool/water systems.
Support the Facilities Manager in inspections, upkeep, and vendor coordination.
Ensure all equipment and building areas are safe, functional, and maintained to keep guest satisfaction above 95%.
Lead, train, and supervise a team of facility technicians.
Create work schedules and manage team coverage.
Perform daily inspections, including visible wear and damage in guest areas.
Maintain clean and functioning tools and equipment.
Use PPE and follow all safety procedures.
Help manage budgets, supplies, and external contractors.
Understand and follow company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
High school graduate or General Education Degree (or equivalent education and experience) is required.
A minimum of three to five years of facilities and building maintenance experience and/or related trade experience, such as ride maintenance, general technical knowledge, facilities maintenance, or AV.
Experience leading a team of facilities personnel, effectively developing and training personnel under his/her supervision, emphasizing teamwork.
Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Ability to maintain a friendly, polite, service-oriented demeanor.
Ability to work using your initiative, display sound decision-making skills, and thrive in a team environment.
