Qualifications & Experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assign and oversee daily tasks for front-line Guest Experience team members

Motivate and lead your team to be “guest obsessed” and deliver top-notch service

Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care, ensuring happy memories

Manage guest flow and queue areas to keep things moving safely and smoothly

Support onboarding and training of new hosts — create a culture of learning

Keep accurate training and performance records

Serve as the Supervisor on Duty and lead by example during your shift

Collaborate across departments to enhance the overall guest experience

Step into various roles as needed to support your team and attraction goals

✅ What We’re Looking For:

High School diploma or GED

At least 6 months in guest-facing or service roles (attractions/entertainment industry preferred!)

A fun, outgoing attitude with a commitment to excellence

Strong communication and organizational skills

️ Comfortable using standard office software and systems

Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

️ Health & Safety First:

Your safety and the safety of our guests is our top priority. We follow strict health and safety protocols and expect our team to do the same, including wearing appropriate PPE and reporting any incidents promptly.

Availability:

Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during shifts
