Job Summary/Company : Our client is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team on 1st shift in Bolingbrook, IL. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our production equipment. If you are adept at troubleshooting, repairing complex machinery, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply. The production environment is temperature and humidity controlled and extremely clean.
Responsibilities : Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment using technical blueprints and schematics. Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability. Collaborate with production supervisors to ensure machines are set up according to daily schedules. Investigate equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence. Adhere to ISO standards and ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations. Qualifications/Background Profile :
Proven experience in repairing complex electrical machinery, specifically in the financial production arena Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical procedures and blueprints. Familiarity with PLC, AC/DC, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
