About Us: Botanical Designs is a leading Interiorscape firm, specializing in biophilic design, plant maintenance, and large-scale interior installations for Class A properties, tech campuses, and commercial clients. Role Overview: We are hiring an Exterior Operations Manager to lead our field operations for all exterior maintenance and installations. This role is critical to ensuring service consistency, job site safety, and customer satisfaction across exterior projects and seasonal enhancements. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of exterior maintenance and install teams Manage crew assignments, schedules, and site readiness for all exterior jobs Collaborate with Sales and Design on project planning, timeline execution, and labor allocation Conduct job walks and punch lists to uphold quality standards and customer satisfaction Drive performance, training, and professional development of field staff Manage fleet, tools, and material logistics for job readiness and cost efficiency Monitor job profitability and labor performance against forecasts Build strong working relationships with property managers, subcontractors, and internal teams Qualifications: 3+ years of exterior landscaping or construction operations experience Proven leadership in managing field crews and delivering high-touch service Hands-on experience with exterior installs, including hardscape/softscape components Ability to read and execute landscape plans and schedules Working knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, soil conditions, and seasonal needs Experience with routing software, CRM/ERP systems (Aspire preferred), and inventory tools Horticultural knowledge and plant care expertise strongly preferred Why Join Us: This is a high-visibility leadership role within a well-established, growing firm.
