A leading landscape design/build firm in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced
Landscape Construction Project Manager
to oversee the execution of landscape construction projects. This is a field-based leadership role focused on coordination, estimating, scheduling, and quality assurance.
As the liaison between clients, crews, production teams, and vendors, youll ensure that projects run smoothly, stay on budget, and exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
Manage all phases of landscape construction projectsfrom initial estimate to final walkthrough
Conduct site assessments and prepare accurate project estimates and material takeoffs
Coordinate logistics between in-house crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project
Monitor job progress, budgets, timelines, and quality standards
Troubleshoot field issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track
Ensure installations adhere to design specifications, safety protocols, and company standards
Review and process change orders, job costing, and invoicing
Participate in internal project handoffs and post-project reviews
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in landscape construction project management
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects at once
Strong skills in estimating, budgeting, and scheduling
Deep understanding of hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and outdoor living
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Experience working with field crews, subcontractors, and clients
Proficiency with project management tools and landscape estimating software (e.g., LMN, Aspire, or similar)
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $105,000 $115,000 based on experience and qualifications
