Overview: Based on your geographic location, you may be eligible for relocation assistance up to $8,000. Some exclusions may apply. Provide quality patient care to all patients within the medical imaging department. Perform high quality images and exams on patients while maintaining the sensitivity to patient needs. Follows standards of safe radiation practice. Demonstrates leadership abilities and is a role model for other associate technologists. Acts as a clinical resource to students, staff technologist and other hospital personnel. Assures current standards of practice for the unit. Enterprise Pool
We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers many options for flexibility, variety, and career growth, while supporting our collective mission to deliver outstanding whole-person care to our flourishing communities. The CommonSpirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the CommonSpirit Mountain Region system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system. Enterprise Pool 2
Base rate + $6.75/Hr. Pool Differential. Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials. Assigned to one of four zones. Zone is determined based on your home location. Must be able to travel to the four hospitals assigned within that zone. Benefits
PRN: +15% PRN Differential. Not eligible for benefits. Full Time/Part Time: Benefits eligible based on FTE eligibility. Schedule
7-8 hours per shift for a total of 35 hours per week. Qualifications
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: Knowledgeable in all aspects of Diagnostic Imaging to include Surgery and Trauma as required. One year of Radiologic Technologist experience in acute care (hospital) setting, required. One year post certification experience required to evaluate and/or instruct student radiographers. HS diploma or GED required. Associates Degree strongly preferred. Bachelors Degree preferred. Registered Technologist, Radiology-R.T. (R) (ARRT) required. Current Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association required. Physical Requirements-Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly.
