Base pay range
$35.00/hr - $38.00/hr Direct message the job poster from The Planet Group Processing payroll of at least 500ee's ideally 1000ee's plus Large scale payroll system Peoplesoft (preferred), Workday, ADP Enterprise, Oracle Comfortable completing a Drug Screen as part of the onboarding process Preferred: Peoplesoft or Worday experience Payroll Certification Payroll Analyst The Payroll Analyst supports the end-to-end payroll process and ensures compliance with established payroll policies and procedures. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this role is responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing, data integrity, and coordination across departments. Key Responsibilities: Process bi-weekly payroll using PeopleSoft North American Payroll Serve as the payroll expert for a designated client group Ensure accurate pay calculations through audits and data validation Export and process time data from ADP eTime; audit timesheets for accuracy and approvals Maintain payroll records by collecting, verifying, and entering data Manage additional pay components, including bonuses, garnishments, loans, and deductions Research and process special pay requests and adjustments Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payroll discrepancies Support internal and external payroll audits Demonstrate strong teamwork and time management, especially during payroll deadlines Seniority level
