**MUST have experience managing and developing RFP's**
**MUST be comfortable with Excel/Analytical skills - using functions such as SUMS, V-Lookup's, Pivot Tables, etc**
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze procurement data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and risks across categories.
Develop and manage procurement KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to support decision-making at all levels.
Collaborate with category managers, finance, legal, and operational teams to align procurement strategies with business goals.
Support the Head of Procurement in preparing and presenting strategic reports, business cases, and supplier performance reviews.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within procurement systems and tools (e.g., ERP, e-sourcing platforms).
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to inform sourcing strategies and supplier selection.
Monitor supplier contracts and performance, including compliance, risk mitigation, and cost optimization.
Assist in the development and execution of RFIs, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
Ensure procurement activities align with internal policies, regulatory standards, and ethical sourcing principles.
Mentor junior procurement analysts or interns, sharing best practices and developing team capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field (Masters preferred).
5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain analytics, with a focus on strategic initiatives.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
Experience in contract analysis, supplier evaluation, and procurement policy development.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or PMP.
Experience with digital procurement transformation or sustainability initiatives.
Exposure to global sourcing and international supplier management.
