Job Description OneMain is seeking a

Payroll Analyst Senior

to join our team in Irving, TX. The position supports daily operations of the payroll department and serves as a subject matter expert on payroll practices and procedures. In the Role Analysis, review & reconciliation of all aspects of payroll governance & compliance, including tax (federal, state, local, payroll taxes, multi-state taxation), garnishments, levies, benefit deductions, stock compensation, W2 preparation, and other payroll processes. Manage the administration of tax governance and compliance, including communication with management & employees, and oversee system changes (verification, testing, reconciliation where applicable). Ensure payroll processes integrate with benefits, compensation, compliance, finance, treasury, tax, accounting, and technology departments; manage third-party relationships with tax jurisdictions; research and resolve vendor and employee issues. Review and audit payroll processing to ensure accuracy related to funding and tax filings. Represent payroll in company projects affecting payroll systems or administration, including tax-related issues across federal entities. Develop and design reports for end-users and ad hoc reporting as needed. Continuously seek improvements in payroll processes, leveraging Workdays capabilities and staying updated on payroll best practices. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree strongly preferred. Experience with multi-state payroll tax is required. Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience in a company with over 5,000 employees. Strong communication skills for effective interaction at all organizational levels. Preferred: Experience with payroll tax practices. Related certifications (CPP or FPC). Workday experience.
