Prep Cook - The Boardroom
The Boardroom at Ford Lincoln is searching for an energetic & experienced cook to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and be passionate about working with food & people! This role will be working alongside our lead chef & front of house team to assist in providing the best dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities include prepping food, aiding the lead chef and team in completing meals, managing the line in busy meal rush times, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment in our kitchen.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare & make menu recipes Be detailed in prepping food matching recipe requirements Assist kitchen team in ensuring great presentation of orders Demonstrate proper knife skills and kitchen safety Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation Follow health and safety guidelines Wash dishes / equipment as needed Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance Contribute to a positive team environment
Schedule: Monday - Saturday, Various shifts available between 6:00 am - 9:00 pm
Skills & Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and able to multitask Food handler certified TABC certified is a plus Work weekends/evenings High school diploma or GED
