GENERAL SUMMARY
Reviews Car deals to ensure that all of the proper documents for the sold vehicle are complete and accurate in order to submit for all Rebates. Submits all Rebates and reconciles all Dealer Reserve statements. To operate within the guidelines of Ford Motor Company and the standards of Five Star Ford to build a relationship as well as create an experience for our customers rather than a transaction. Works together to create a culture where employees can LOVE their jobs and customers can LOVE our employees. Demostrates an attitude of CARING toward co-workers and customers in order for both to feel valued. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Claims Rebates in FMCdealer Post weekly Vincent Payment Statement Maintains notes in Reverse Risk on all outstanding Rebates. Post the Dealer Payment Statement once a month Reconcile Dealer reserve statements and post. Prepare dealer reserve chargeback report monthly and electronically sends to management. Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area. Maintain and clean schedules Makes reserve adjustments to match monies received throughout the month. Reconciles daily bank statements. Codes TTL payments ready to be posted. Receptionist relief when needed. Complete all Ethos trainings in a timely manner when prompted to do so. Assist with other functions in Accounting as needed when asked by Management. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
