Be the Backbone of Compassionate Care. At Seasons Hospice, we believe that behind every great care team is a strong administrative support system. As our
Administrative Assistant , you won’t just be organizing calendars and answering phones—you’ll be playing a vital role in ensuring our hospice team runs smoothly so they can focus on what matters most: providing comfort, dignity, and support to patients and their families. What You’ll Do: Serve as the first point of contact—warmly welcoming visitors, patients’ families, and community partners. Answer and route phone calls with empathy and professionalism. Manage clerical duties including filing, document preparation, and data entry. Assist with maintaining accurate patient and organizational records in compliance with hospice regulations. Support scheduling of team meetings, interviews, and home visits. Record and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring action items are tracked. Monitor and replenish office supplies, coordinating maintenance requests as needed. Maintain a calm, confidential, and compassionate presence—especially during emotionally sensitive moments. What We’re Looking For: Compassionate and professional demeanor. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, emotionally sensitive environment. Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems. A genuine heart for supporting those delivering end-of-life care.. Requirements: Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred. 3–5 years of administrative support experience (healthcare or hospice a plus).
