Role Summary
We're hiring an Account Based Marketer to lead and elevate our most critical account based marketing (ABM) initiatives, combining strategy, precision, and hands on execution to accelerate growth across our high value target accounts.
This is not a task taker role. It's a strategic partner to Sales, Product Marketing, and our Executive team. You'll be the architect of our ABM motion, responsible for shaping and executing account specific strategies that influence the full buyer journey and unlock growth in complex B2B environments.
This role is pivotal to shaping our ABM approach and driving alignment between marketing and sales. You'll bring the strategic vision and executional depth needed to lead account level plays, influence sales behavior, and embed ABM thinking across the organization. Your experience and credibility will ensure sales teams view you as a partner in strategy and not just support.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Intelligence & Market Insight
Own and lead the development of deep account intelligence, leveraging unconventional sources such as regulatory filings, analyst briefings, executive interviews, and industry think tanks to uncover actionable insights. Identify business inflection points (e.g., leadership transitions, funding events, M&A activity) that signal a strategic opening. Build and maintain dynamic executive-level account dossiers, mapping power structures, surfacing whitespace, and guiding go-to-market plays. ABM Strategy Development & Program Ownership
Design and own full-cycle ABM strategies from research and segmentation to creative execution and measurement, tailored to the unique needs of high-priority accounts. Partner with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Comms, and Partner Managers to architect integrated one-to-few campaigns including custom content, events, direct mail, executive microsites, and multichannel outreach. Function as the strategic heartbeat of our ABM efforts, ensuring programs are aligned with account objectives and timed to sales cycles and buyer intent signals. Sales Strategy Partnership & Enablement
Act as a strategic coach and partner to Partner Managers embedding in account planning sessions, shaping outreach, and advising on strategic plays across the deal cycle. Translate complex market intelligence into actionable sales strategies and executive messaging that create competitive advantage. Equip the sales team with account specific insights, frameworks, and resources that elevate their conversations and accelerate pipeline momentum. Performance Optimization & Executive Reporting
Own performance tracking and optimization of ABM programs, analyzing engagement, pipeline velocity, and influencing revenue across targeted accounts. Deliver regular strategic insights and performance briefings to executive stakeholders informing resourcing decisions and driving continuous refinement. Leverage platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and signal tools to measure impact and fuel data-driven iteration. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in strategic account based marketing, competitive intelligence, or revenue marketing, preferably in healthcare or complex B2B industries. Demonstrated ability to drive account strategy from the ground up and translating insight into influence and influence into revenue. Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and guide cross functional teams through ambiguity. Proven track record of partnering effectively with sales and marketing teams to shape account strategy and deliver measurable impact. Deep familiarity with the healthcare market landscape and buying ecosystem. Proficient in core go to market systems: Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and ABM platforms
