We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time exempt position.

Responsibilities:

Plan

Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan, develop, execute and measure end-to-end integrated marketing efforts that drive qualified leads. Source and leverage customer data to deliver the right message/content throughout the buyer journey, from awareness to customer loyalty. Conducts research on competitors and customers. Analysis of industry and segment to develop campaign brief including competitor position, audience personas, USP, brand positioning, messaging architecture, tactical plan across all channels and allocations of media spend. Execute

Build, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns by leveraging Google Analytics, CRM data, marketing automation tools, paid search/social platforms, organic traffic sources and other channels. Allocate and optimize media spend across channels to maximize ROAS. Applied best practices to execute within marketing automation platforms to create nurture programs to move leads and opportunities through the funnel. Collaborate with team to create high-quality, engaging content assets tailored to different stages of the buyer journey. Construct deliverables based on approved templates and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment and consistency. Measure

Ensure all tracking mechanisms are in place and working correctly. Conduct regular analysis of campaigns against KPIs to understand effectiveness and recommend optimization tactics. Measure key results to drive objectives (OKRs). Identify and analyze gaps and provide recommended corrective actions. Report

Synthesize information and data to build meaningful reports that provide insight to drive actions. Create easy to understand charts, graphics and visuals to effectively support conclusions and communicate message to stakeholders across the organization. Support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting cadences. Handle various other duties as delegated by the Digital Marketing Associate Manager (Global) Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience, required. MBA a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience of B2B marketing Inter/Adv knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat required. Inter/Adv knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), UTM codes and LookerStudio) Inter/Adv knowledge of CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.) Inter/Adv knowledge of buyer journey, personas and overall lead nurture process Inter/Adv knowledge of marketing automation (list management, email, landing page, forms, etc.).Inter/Adv knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (other platforms helpful) Intermediate knowledge of CMS (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.) and HTML. Intermediate knowledge of content distribution networks (Vimeo, YouTube, etc.) Intermediate Knowledge of social media networks Intermediate knowledge of SEO (on-page, off page, link building) Intermediate knowledge of remarketing and conversion tracking (tracking/conversion pixels) Intermediate knowledge of display networks Prior work experience in related microbiology and/or life science industry a plus *Recent certifications should be submitted.

Salary Range (applicable to California):

$80,000.00 - $87,000.00 base salary DOE

Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal communication and ability to engage and collaborate in a global environment with different stakeholders. Demonstrated success in running integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns from strategy through execution and knowledge of digital marketing channels, proven through recent certifications. Strong content development and storytelling skills with an ability to adapt messaging for different audiences Strong creative problem-solving supported by data-driven thinking, drawing logical conclusions from the data. Exceptional project management skills, detail-oriented and ability to hit deadlines Ability to synthesize and organize a high volume of information and data. Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset built on strong business acumen Ability to pivot and be self-directed and accountable. Must be able to use discretion and independent judgment.
