to bring their missions directly to the public through engaging, face-to-face marketing campaigns. In this leadership-in-training role, you'll learn how to manage outreach teams, represent impactful causes, and oversee day-to-day business functions that drive success. What You'll Do
Support daily operations, campaign logistics, and coordinate outreach teams Represent national nonprofit clients at live events, retail locations, and community outreach sites Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating outreach representatives Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights to improve engagement strategies Participate in leadership development sessions, coaching, and performance reviews Collaborate on recruitment, market expansion, and client relationship growth Help foster a positive team culture through onboarding and internal communications •
What We're Looking For No prior leadership experience required-full paid training provided! Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, eager to learn, and thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Passionate about
