We’re looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and adaptable Administrative Assistant who thrives on variety and can keep multiple plates spinning at once. This role is at the heart of our operations, providing support across office management, accounting, reporting, event coordination, and even occasional marketing projects. If you enjoy solving problems, working with different teams, and being the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly, this is the role for you. You’ll wear many hats—sometimes all in the same day—and play a vital part in ensuring our business operates efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities:
Office Management
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment • Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related needs
Accounting & Reporting Support
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (invoice processing, expense tracking, reconciliations) • Generate and maintain regular reports for management review • Support the finance team with administrative accounting tasks as needed
Event Coordination
• Help organize and execute internal company events, trainings, and team-building activities • Assist with logistics for external events such as networking functions, client appreciation nights, and industry trade shows • Coordinate vendors, track budgets, and manage event timelines
Marketing & Administrative Support
• Assist with simple marketing requests such as printing flyers, updating brochures, or preparing presentations • Help maintain CRM and oversee reporting • Provide general administrative support to leadership and other departments as needed Qualifications: • 2+ years of administrative or office management experience (experience in accounting support or event coordination is a plus) • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software quickly • High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a “can-do” attitude • Team player who’s also capable of working independently and taking initiative • Experience in mortgage, real estate, or financial services is a plus but not required Compensation: $40,000 yearly
