Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTitle: Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift Hours: 11 PM – 7:30 am. Monday through Friday. Location: Forest Park, GA 30297Pay Rate: $29-$34/hr Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the reliability and performance of our production equipment. This role is responsible for quickly responding to breakdowns, executing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting a range of mechanical and electrical systems. You’ll work in a collaborative environment focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities
Promptly respond to equipment breakdowns and failures on the production floor
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems
Perform thorough preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime
Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to share knowledge and learn continuously
Maintain adherence to SQF, Lean, RBS, and MOS programs
Communicate professionally with team members and stakeholders
Use SAP or similar computerized maintenance systems to track work orders and progress
Work effectively in various environmental conditions, including hot or cold areas
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
Requirements
Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and fluid systems
Experience with preventive maintenance processes
Comfortable working in temperature-variable environments
Proficiency in SAP or similar CMMS ()
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Adherence to safety and quality standards, including compliance with SQF, Lean, RBS, and MOS frameworks
