Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Document customer interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Familiarity with customer service principles and practices. Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
