Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive experience. Record and track customer interactions in the company's CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate when necessary. Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred). Previous customer service experience in a call center, retail, or similar environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
