As a key member of our maintenance team, your contributions will ensure that residents of our multi-million dollar luxury community enjoy a high-quality living experience. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Maintain and Preserve:
Contribute to the upkeep of our high-end apartment community, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our residents. Utilize Skills:
Use your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve various systems issues, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and swimming pool maintenance. Build Relationships:
Engage with residents to address general maintenance inquiries promptly, enhancing their experience in our community. Prepare Units:
Collaborate with your service team to make ready vacant apartments, maintaining our readiness for new residents. Enhance Curb Appeal:
Work collectively to maintain the attractive surroundings of our property. Qualifications: 1+ years of relevant maintenance experience. General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliance repair, and carpentry. CPO certification required (can be obtained after hire). Fair housing training required; CAMT certification preferred. Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook). Strong customer service skills and a dedication to resident satisfaction. Willingness to be on-call as needed. What We Offer: Employee discounts on rent (20% standard; 35% for on-call team members; 40% after 3 years). Shoe stipend twice per year (up to $125). Uniforms provided, refreshed twice annually. On-call bonus for scheduled on-call duty ($100 per week). Quarterly service bonus (up to 6% of salary based on performance). Generous PTO starting at 15 days/year, plus additional paid holidays and wellness days. Health, dental, and vision insurance, along with flexible spending accounts.
