As a Maintenance Technician II, you’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining high-end apartment homes and community spaces. From HVAC and appliance repair to painting, plumbing, and carpentry—you’ll tackle it all. You'll play a key role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for .
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in apartment, hotel, commercial, or residential maintenance
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry
Familiarity with fire/life safety systems and smart work order tools
EPA Type II and CPO certifications (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
A team-first attitude, professionalism, and problem-solving mindset
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including on-call rotations
