What You’ll Do: As an Entry-Level Retail Sales Associate / Cashier, you will be the face of Goodwill Industries, making a positive impact in our community. Your primary responsibility is providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Here’s what a typical day may involve: Greet every customer with a friendly smile and assist them with their shopping experience. Process purchases at the cash register efficiently and accurately, handling cash and card transactions. Share information about the Elizabeth Clark Fund and encourage customer participation. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store to meet our quality standards. Select and price donated goods while ensuring excellent curatorial practices. Answer phone calls promptly, providing information and assistance to callers. Qualifications: Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others. Basic math, computer, and typing skills. Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Physical stamina to lift up to 30 lbs. Dependable, trustworthy, and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
