Your Role: As an Entry-Level Sales Associate/Cashier, you will be a vital part of our team and the first point of contact for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service to every shopper and donor. Greeting all guests with a warm smile and positive attitude. Operating the cash register and accurately processing transactions. Promoting participation in the Elizabeth Clark Fund and encouraging Goodwill Club sign-ups. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all store areas. Selecting and pricing donated goods in accordance with Goodwill's quality standards. Completing sales reports, donation counts, and cash drawer balances. Your friendly demeanor and commitment to service will ensure our customers have a fantastic shopping experience, helping us fulfill our mission to support the community! Qualifications: Ability to operate a cash register and perform basic math. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Reliability and trustworthiness. A willingness to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. A capacity to lift up to 30 lbs. Work Schedule: This position requires a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
