We're looking for a
Warehouse Technician
to join our Warehouse team to assist in leading the coordination efforts of our daily warehouse operations and meeting our inventory tracking goals as our supply needs grow. You'll work with our procurement, quality, and operations teams to bring our warehousing strategies to the next level!
You'll report to the Warehouse Manager and work from our Santa Ana, CA office headquarters.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate the daily operations such as shipping and receiving, inventory management and order fulfillment, including external offices/locations Monitor warehouse equipment and supplies and order new items when needed Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized and that safety protocols are followed Who You Are:
High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or related field Proven leadership experience in a team setting Organizational and time management skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Physical Requirements:
Bending and Twisting: Bending neck/waist, twisting neck/waist, and squatting. Computer Use: Typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time. Exposure to Machinery: Exposure to machinery noise, which may include noise from forklifts, injection presses, or other machinery. Hand Use: Power gripping when using low-precision, high-impact hand tools that require significant force, such as hammer drills and torque wrenches. Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions. Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds. Sitting or Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Temperature and Humidity: Occasional exposure to warehouse environments without heating or cooling with fluctuations in temperatures and humidity. Walking: Ability to walk for long periods. Hourly Rate:
The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $19.50. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience and skill set.
