We're looking for an experienced swing shift
Custodian
who will assist the Collectors campus headquarters in maintaining clean, tidy and stocked corporate office, operations and warehouse facilities.
The scheduled shift will be Monday to Friday from 10am-6:30pm.
This position is based in our
Santa Ana, CA
corporate headquarters and will report to the Facilities Supervisor.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities of the Position:
Clean break room counter, tables, chairs and stock utensils paper towels Clean and stock restrooms Empty all trash containers Dust office areas Experience / Skills:
Custodial experience preferred but not required. Have the ability to manage timely reordering of supplies Can prioritize tasks given during scheduled work shift Be detail-oriented with evaluating inventory of supplies Have a strong attention to detail with custodial tasks including cleanliness and sanitation practices Flexibility to adjust to schedule/requirement changes. Physical Demands:
Bending and Twisting : Bending neck/waist, twisting neck/waist, and squatting. Computer Use : Typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time. Exposure to Machinery:
Exposure to machinery noise, which may include noise from forklifts, injection presses, or other machinery. Hand Use : Power gripping when using low-precision, high-impact hand tools that require significant force, such as hammer drills and torque wrenches. Hearing Requirements:
Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions. Lifting and Carrying:
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 75+ pounds, with employee help or with proper equipment. Sitting or Standing:
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Temperature and Humidity : Occasional exposure to warehouse environments without heating or cooling with fluctuations in temperatures and humidity. Walking : Ability to walk for long periods. Work Environment : Environment is clean, air conditioned
Hourly Rate :
The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $19. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience and skill set.
