Job Summary
The Creative Director will lead the creative direction and vision of the brand to drive innovation, consistency, and visual excellence across all marketing channels. This role is responsible for overseeing the creative team, managing projects from concept to execution, and ensuring that all creative outputs align with the company's brand strategy and objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong creative vision, solid experience in digital and traditional media, and a passion for elevating brand experiences through compelling storytelling and design.
Responsibilities/Duties Creative Strategy & Vision : Develop and execute a creative vision that aligns with the brand's business goals and marketing strategies. Leadership : Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, art directors, copywriters, and other creative professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and innovation. Project Oversight : Lead creative projects from ideation through execution, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery across all creative assets. Brand Consistency : Ensure that all creative assets maintain brand consistency and integrity across digital, print, social media, and other marketing channels. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, product, and communications teams to align creative efforts with campaign objectives and business goals. Innovation : Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and creative tools. Incorporate cutting-edge design and storytelling techniques to keep the brand fresh and engaging. Budget & Resource Management : Oversee creative budgets and resources, making sure projects are completed within scope and on budget. Vendor Management : Collaborate with and manage relationships with external creative agencies, freelancers, and other partners as needed. Qualifications
Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing creative team. Technical Proficiency : Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design and project management tools. Strategic Thinking : Strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into creative strategies. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present creative ideas effectively to stakeholders. Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Adaptability : Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Education and Experience
Education : Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is a plus. Experience : 10+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print media. Previous experience in an agency or in-house creative department is preferred.
Physical Requirements
Position requires working at a desk at the corporate office for periods of time up to eight hours
