Description of the role Gray Chevrolet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is currently seeking an Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Automotive Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for handling financial transactions related to our inventory and sales and day to day operations.

Responsibilities

Process and record invoices

Reconcile accounts and bank statements

Assist with payroll processing

Assist with the factory receivables

Balance the register, credit card batches daily

Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial records

Requirements

Previous experience in automotive accounting preferred

Proficiency in accounting

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
