UC San Diego Health . We are seeking motivated, compassionate sonographers eager to learn and specialize in perinatal ultrasound. This role offers focused training and mentorship in high-risk obstetrics, including fetal anatomy, growth assessments, biophysical profiles, Doppler studies, and more. Responsibilities include performing obstetric ultrasound examinations, reviewing cases with the care team, and generating preliminary reports. Familiarity with imaging IT issues is required. Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program. Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) in OB/GYN. Current BART or BLS certification, with commitment to obtain BART within six months. Recent clinical experience in OB or MFM ultrasound. Experience with nuchal translucency exams and detailed anatomy scans per AIUM guidelines. Conditions & Compensation
Work at various San Diego locations, shifts mainly mornings, no nights or weekends. Salary ranges from $130,229 to $161,966 annually, prorated based on appointment percentage.
