Job Description
* Benefits Administration
* Support implementation of new HRIS system (UKG Ready)
* Administer employee benefits plans (health, dental, 401K, FSA, etc.).
* Manage open enrollment, employee changes, and terminations in benefits plans including COBRA
* Conduct employee education sessions and presentations
* Payroll Processing
* Support implementation of new payroll system
* Process salaries, bonuses, and other compensation for US and global offices
* Accurately calculate payroll deductions (taxes, insurance, retirement contributions)
* Handle payroll related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
* Handle check reversals and ensure accurate adjustments of clawbacks
* Review and process W2s
* Compliance and Reporting
* Ensure compliance with applicable laws and tax obligations.
* Understand and stay current with payroll regulations and tax requirements
* Work with auditors to ensure compliance during payroll audits
* Prepare payroll reports for various purposes, including tax reporting and management
* Additional Duties
* Assist with employee inquiries related to HRIS system and benefits
* Process leaves of absence and paid-time-off paperwork
* Update and send quarterly deferred compensation statements
