Payroll & Benefits Administrator
Hybrid Role in Manhattan! Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for payroll and benefits administration? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Base salary: $70,000-$80,000 + eligibility for discretionary bonus based on qualitative factors. Salary range is firm. Location:
Hybrid role based in Manhattan, New York Work Schedule:
Hybrid, with on-site presence in the NYC office required Monday through Thursday during training periods and as needed What Youll Be Doing: Payroll Processing:
You will be responsible for managing payroll calculations and processing for both local and expatriate employees, ensuring accurate payments, deductions, and adjustments.
Leave & Time Tracking:
Administer and track leaves of absence, update time off requests, and maintain records in the ADP System.
Annual Reporting:
Coordinate mandatory reporting (e.g., ACA, Census) and contribute to the annual Open Enrollment presentation.
Tax Filing Support:
Assist with expatriate staff tax filings, ensuring timely processing and accurate payment tracking.
Translation Support:
Provide essential translation services for documents and communications between English and Japanese.
Experience/Qualifications: Associates and/or Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required. 2 + years experience in US payroll is required. Global (Gross-up) payroll is preferred. Understanding of benefits and accounting is a plus. Business-level proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Japanese is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Working knowledge of ADP, Benefits related systems, MS Dynamics and Concur is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to compose correspondence. Highly organized with strong attention to details. The ability to adapt to change in a business environment is also critical. Ability to report on-site to the NYC office #acgresourcesjobs
