We are seeking a

Hematology Medical Technologist

to join our team in

Nashville, TN . This role is responsible for performing complex laboratory tests in the

hematology department , ensuring accurate and timely results for patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during the

overnight shift . Key Responsibilities:

Perform

routine and specialized hematology tests

with precision and accuracy. Analyze blood samples to detect abnormalities and assist in diagnosing diseases. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot

hematology laboratory equipment . Ensure compliance with

quality control, safety, and regulatory standards . Collaborate with pathologists, medical professionals, and laboratory staff. Accurately document and report test results in the

laboratory information system (LIS) . Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in

Medical Laboratory Science (MLS), Medical Technology (MT), or a related field . ASCP certification as a

Medical Technologist (MT/MLS)

or equivalent required. Experience in

hematology laboratory testing

preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work

independently on 3rd shift . Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and quality assurance practices. Benefits:
